50 1/2 inch Dogwood walking stick

This Walking  Stick is  finished with many coats of a non-toxic oil finish to protect and seal the wood.
I hand sanded after each coat of oil with a finer grit of sandpaper. The last was done with 1500 GRIT carbide sandpaper to smooth the wood. I then added a leather wrist thong and the bottom is fitted with a non-slip rubber tip to keep you from falling.
